PANTHER PROTECTIVE SERVICES is headed by founder and president, Hector Martinez, whose career spans more than twenty years in public safety and security. Hector served as Chief of Police and Public Safety in several areas of the Mexican Republic, including Guadalajara, Jalisco and Lagos de Moreno. He served as a member of the Board of Directors Salud Para La Gente in Watsonville, California. Hector served as a member of the Enterprise Community Steering Committee in Watsonville, CA.

Panther Protective Security guards are highly qualified with the most advanced training techniques. Each guard is given extensive and ongoing background checks to assure 100% dependability for our customers. Beyond earning an official license, all guards are trained and certified in First Aid/CPR to respond to any medical emergency on site.

All Panther Protective Services personnel are certified by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services of the State of California, and by the Department of Justice of the United States.
