To qualify for employment at PANTHER PROTECTIVE SERVICES, potential employee applicants must comply with the following minimum requirements:

  • Applicant must be willing to take a drug test and pass a background check

  • Guard card license by the State of California (BSIS)

  • 832PC training

  • SB 626 - mandatory training for guards working at schools

  • CPR and First Aid Certifications (These are conducted at our facilities.)

  • Preference of two years experience in this field
